About Us
We are a family-owned business run by father (Peter) and son (Dean); Dean is the building licence holder – Licence no. BP173390 now as Peter has been since 2011 but is passing that responsibility on to Dean to carry the company on into the future, Dean is also BCITO qualified .
Peter built his first new home in 1987 whilst working in another job as well as several spec homes until opening a company in 2000 “Petes building and repair services ” specialising in bathroom renovations and general repairs.
Then in 2014 renamed the company Rosser residential builders. Peter has had three sons work in the business over the years and when the works busy employ extra staff.
Dean is a fully qualified builder of over 10yrs experience and has worked on many high end builds prior to joining the family business.
The nature of our work has grown over the years with all the experience gained and our aim is to keep growing the business.

We currently contract to Nulook henderson installing their new windows and doors weather they are insert windows or full replacements along with alterations needed to facilitate the clients needs
