Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an estimate and a QUOTE
When we give an estimate the price will be an approximate price usually due to the nature of the job. It may be a repair job that on a visual inspection there may be unforseen problems which make it difficult to give an exact price and these problems can come to light as the work progresses. The final price may be more or less than the estimated price.
hOW LONG ARE ESTIMATES AND QUOTES VALID FOR.
Usually our prices are valid for a maximum of 30 days , but we may still honour our pricing well after that deadline.
when we give a quote ,what this means
When we give a quote this means that the price is locked in and usually a quote is more benificial to us than the client as it will be loaded to cover anything extra that may come along and to cover us. The only time the price may need to be adjusted is if the client asks for additional work to be done or its dicovered that the quote doesnt cover work that needs to be done to complete the works
